Requirements:
Candidate should have the MBBS degree or BDS degree or equivalent qualification from any institution recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
Candidate should have a Valid permanent registration with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) / Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
Candidate should have the Computerized National Identity Card.
Candidate should have at least One year house job training certificate.
Letter of clearance of FCPS Part-I issued by CPSP for FCPS Part-II training and Letter of Clearance of Part-I issued by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), Islamabad for M.D / M.S training programs.
Attempt certificate issued by the college / University (the candidate possessing first attempt in all professional will be given preference) should be given to the candidate to avoid any trouble.
Only fresh candidates can apply, applicant already registered with CPSP will not be entertained.

Instructions:
Postgraduate training will be awarded in accordance with CPSP / Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) and Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) rules.
Last date for submission of application form is mentioned in the adverisement.
Candidates are advised to fill in the entire application form carefully and send by courier / registered mail to Federal Government Polyclinic (PGML), Luqman Hakeem road, G-6/2 Islamabad.
Incomplete application form, application received after closing date and application submitted by hand will not be entertained.
Public / Private graduates from Pakistan Medical Colleges will be given additional marks in short listing.
Bring all your original documents with you when the starting selection procedure will be cleared.
Original documents will be checked before final selection.
Candidates interested in more than one training program are advised to send separate application form for each program mentioning preference.

No TA/DA will be admissible.
