Instructions:
i. Candidates are advised to apply online using the required Application Form, which may be found on the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk).
ii. Candidates must have a HEC-recognized relevant degree/equivalence. Candidates who are awaiting results are not eligible to apply.
At this point, photocopies of educational documents/experience certificates are not necessary.
iv. Candidates are encouraged to pay the NTS exam cost of Rs. 550/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Fifty Only).
v. Only candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted for a test/interview.
vi. Original documents/degrees (HEC candidates must be confirmed at the time of interview)/certificates must be supplied by the candidate.
vii. Candidates may contact NTS with any questions or concerns about the written test, including the display of the provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centres, and results.
viii. A general age reduction of five (05) years has already been included in the age restriction. There will be no further age relaxations granted except those indicated in (Sr# ‘ix & x’).
ix. Candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas (Ex-FATA), Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir had their upper age limit relaxed by three years.
x. NTDC/Government personnel who have completed two (2) years of continuous employment on the closing date of receipt of applications are eligible for up to ten (10) years of age relaxation. They must, however, apply through the correct channels.
xi. If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation in more than one category (see instructions at Sr#. “xv”), he will be allowed age relaxation alone.
xii. Incomplete applications or applications containing inaccurate information will be invalidated at any point, even after employment, at the expense of the applicant. Candidates who have been weeded out of service due to disciplinary reasons, as well as those who have been terminated or forbidden from future employment, are ineligible to apply.
xiv. The aforementioned BPS-based posts will be considered for regularisation upon successful completion of the contract period and satisfactory performance in accordance with the rules.
xv. Candidates who are selected for these roles would be required to undertake tasks anywhere in Pakistan as the Company requires. However, for Sr.# 01, qualified candidates against respective quotas may be posted ideally in Islamabad and Jamshoro as per Company requirements (s).
xvi. No TA/DA will be granted to applicants for the Test or Interview.
xvii. NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts recruitment process at any stage.
